Terrain Parks

Terrain Parks Each ski resort has its own collection of unique terrain parks featuring jumps, rails, tabletops, halfpipes, and, occasionally, the most feared superpipe. Summit County Colorado plays host to a couple of the largest freeski and snowboard competitions in the world, the Winter Dew Tour and the US Snowboarding Grand Prix. As such, Summit County Colorado is not without a fine selection of terrain parks ranging from beginner features up to the Olympic-size superpipe.

Snowkiting

Snowkiting If you arrive on your ski trip to find that it hasn't snowed in several days, instead of getting bummed out, think about Snowkiting. Fresh snow just slows you down. Anton, from Colorado Kiteforce, can set you up with gear and instruction. The only other thing you need is wind.
