How It Works

Say goodbye to grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning! Relax and let your personal chef take care of all that for you. A fresh, delicious meal will be prepared right at your vacation rental anywhere in Summit County - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne.

On the cook day, your personal chef will shop in the morning and arrive at your rental in the afternoon. We can either arrange access through your property management company or you can be there to let your personal chef into the unit. In addition to groceries, your personal chef will bring all of the cooking equipment and supplies to prepare an unforgettable meal while you relax after a hard day at play.

Since 2002, your Personal Chef Tom Castrigno has been helping travelers to Summit County (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne) enjoy their vacations like never before. His cooking roots go way back to the Sunday dinner table at his Italian grandparents' home. Those afternoons of gathering at the table with three generations of family to share a luscious meal, literally "from soup to nuts", instilled a passion for fine artisan foods. Through work and international travel, Tom continued to explore a range of cuisines and hone his chef skills. A big fan of fresh, wholesome, natural foods, Tom's meals feature delicious menus that are healthful and a delight to the senses.

Tom currently provides personal in-home chef service, writes cookbooks, and has been host of "Cooking with Krystal" on KYSL radio.

How Much Does a Personal Chef Cost?

A Personal chef is not only for the wealthy. While the cost is a little more than going out for a gourmet meal, you will avoid the hassles of driving in the snow, finding a parking space, waiting for your large party to be seated (hopefully together), dealing with noisy restaurants, and being rushed from the table(s) so the next party can be seated. You can kick back and spend the evening in the hot tub, by the fire, and sharing tales about your day without worrying about shopping and cooking.

Your personal chef and a server will take care of all the details for you and your guests.
Prices start at only $79. Per person.
Children under 12 are charged at only $30 each.

A most popular Greek Soup that brings together Egg and Lemon for a delicious, nourishing soup.

Entrée: Poached Fish Fillet in Tomato & Cumin

Tender white Fish Fillets gently cooked in an Onion Sauce flavored with Tomato, Cumin, and Aleppo Pepper.

Side Dishes: Spinach with Garlic & Pine Nuts

Used throughout the region, Pine Nuts add a spark to the earthy flavors of spinach, olive oil and garlic

How Can a Gourmet Meal be Prepared in My Rental?

Our personal chef will use your counter space, stove, refrigerator, and sink. Everything else will be brought in inlcuding the spices, so don't worry if your cupboard is bare!

Do I Need To Be Home?

You do not need to be home during the cooking. Please go out and enjoy your summit county vacation while your meal is prepared. Our personal chef can meet you before you leave, or we can arrange access to your rental through your property management company.

However, if alcoholic beverages are being delivered for the meal, a member of the party of legal drinking age must be home to sign for the delivery.

Can you make my Mom's recipe or do you use your own?

Nobody makes food as good as Mom, but our personal chef will be happy to prepare any recipe you want. We prefer to test recipes before cooking them for clients, so special requests should be made in advance!

We can prepare the meal, help serve the meal, pass appetizers, tend the bar, and clean up after the whole event.
